Basic training

The basic training module provides fundamental knowledge about cooking on the COOK front cooking station.

Suitable for sous chefs, cooks, front cooks, buffet staff, talents, etc.

Aim of training course

Participants are able to follow instructions to produce simple dishes and present them in an appealing manner under own responsibility.
They are familiar with how to use technology.

On-the-job training

Training, on-site instruction for the front cooking system
Correct operation of the COOK station
COOK cleaning
Optimal workplace, mise en place
Presentation basics: gestures, facial expression, etc.

Training

is adapted to the range of dishes offered by the customer
is carried out by a specialist with in-depth practical experience
Duration: 1 day
may require 1 overnight stay for trainer
Seminar fee: 1 day, 900 euros plus travel and accommodation costs
