Please, avoid repeatedly adding wrong categories.[edit]
These photos did not contain Charles Q. Brown Jr, so i remove that category from these here: 1. [1] 2. [2] 3. [3] 4. [4] 5. [5] 6. [6] 7. [7] 8. [8] 9. [9] 10. [10] 11. [11]
Recently, there have been other files where you had added categories for persons that were not in the photos, so I am bringing this to your attention now. Thank you, -- Ooligan (talk) 11:29, 28 April 2024 (UTC)
- I am simply using the cat-a-lot tool to add categories. For example, there are files that have the name Charles Q. Brown Jr in it or the description includes Charles Q. Brown Jr. Therefore, I use it as a basis to add to the categories. RandomUserGuy1738 (talk) 13:10, 28 April 2024 (UTC)
- Your "basis to add categories" is resulting in you placing wrong categories on photographs.
- File names can be helpful, but you must look at each photo when adding categories. If you had done that you would have seen that many of the photos above contain General Lloyd Austin, not General Charles Q Brown Jr. Thanks, --Ooligan (talk) 17:42, 28 April 2024 (UTC)

We would appreciate it if you could go to voice your opinion about this at its entry. If you created this category, please note that the fact that it has been proposed for discussion does not necessarily mean that we do not value your kind contribution. It simply means that one person believes that there is some specific problem with it. If the category is up for deletion because it has been superseded, consider the notion that although the category may be deleted, your hard work (which we all greatly appreciate) lives on in the new category.
